In general, information for active accounts is retained for the duration of the relationship. After account closure, your information is retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes, then securely destroyed.

Payments made on our platform are processed by a third-party payment processor whose servers may be located outside Quebec. We do not store your payment card details. All other data is hosted within Quebec.
