Neosport Privacy Policy

  • Communicating with you about your bookings or our services

  • Sports facility operators who are members of our platform, to the extent necessary to process your booking

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general, information for active accounts is retained for the duration of the relationship. After account closure, your information is retained for 3 years for legal and accounting purposes, then securely destroyed.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypting communications using the TLS protocol, restricting data access on a need-to-know basis, and using secure servers.

10. Transfers of Information Outside Quebec

Payments made on our platform are processed by a third-party payment processor whose servers may be located outside Quebec. We do not store your payment card details. All other data is hosted within Quebec.

In the event of a confidentiality incident that could cause serious harm, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the affected individuals, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
